To give you an idea of what our tour itineraries look like and cost, this shows an Egypt & Jordan tour that was prepared for a couple of previous clients.
Egypt 15 days & Jordan 5 days
This package includes the following services :

Itinerary :

*Day 1:
----------------------------

Arrival at Cairo Airport where you will be met and assisted at the arrival hall by an English speaking assistant who will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name. He will help you to get the entry visa from any bank in that hall ($US25 each not included in the package and paid by the clients themselves) then he will help you to get your luggage and your guide will be waiting for you outside. (Note: we recommend getting the visa before travel to save time).

Transfer to your hotel in Giza (LE MERIDIEN PYRAMIDS HOTEL) and assistance with check-in.
After a short break in your room, lunch will be in a local restaurant called Felfela attached to the hotel and then a short tour to:

OLD ISLAMIC CAIRO founded 1000 years ago with its ancient walls and mosques, fountains and a nice walk in a long alley starting from the northern gate of OLD CAIRO till its southern gate.

Back to the hotel. The remainder of the day is at your leisure.

* Day 2:

After breakfast in the hotel, pick up at 8.30 AM to visit the following:
● DAHSHUR: visit The Bent Pyramid and the Red pyramid built over 4600 years ago.
● SAKKARA:
- Visit Imhotep Museum;
- The Step pyramid of King Djoser;
- Teti pyramid;
- Kagemni tomb;
- Ankhmahor tomb; and
- Walk the causeway of Unas along which the mummy of the pharaoh and his funerary objects were transported and placed inside the pyramid.
LUNCH in a charming farmhouse.

Then on to MEMPHIS: once covering a huge area when it was the capital of Egypt at the beginning of the pharaonic period, now reduced to just a small open-air museum. However, the statues there are worth seeing and some are of particular importance especially the sphinx of Queen Hatshepsut.
Back to your hotel and rest of the day is at your leisure.

Breakfast in the hotel, pick up at 8.30 AM and visit:

The EGYPTIAN MUSEUM which represents the grandeur of the pharaonic civilization
Lunch in a local restaurant in Giza;

GIZA PYRAMIDS and the SPHINX where you will enjoy a camel ride from a high plateau overlooking the three pyramids, and down towards the Sphinx
Back to Le Meridien and the rest of the day at your leisure

Day 4

Breakfast in the hotel before check out and transfer to Cairo Airport for flight to Aswan.
In Aswan visit:

THE UNFINISHED OBELISK of Queen Hatshepsut;

PHILAE TEMPLE - Once located on Philae Island (now underwater) it was relocated over 10 years to nearby Agilka Island
-
THE NUBIAN MUSEUM
Board your Nile cruiser for a 3 night Nile cruise on FB basis (the price of drinks are not included);
In the afternoon:

Enjoy a relaxing sail in a felucca and visit the NUBIAN VILLAGE.
Return to the boat for dinner and the evening's activities.

* Day 5

Leave early morning to drive to ABU SIMBEL TEMPLE (280KM south of Aswan) to see the amazing temples built by Ramesses II;
Return to the boat and sail northwards (downstream) towards KOM OMBO

Visit KOM OMBO TEMPLE dedicated to the crocodile God Sobek and Horus the great and view setting sun
Return to the boat

Sail to Edfu during the evening

Dinner and onboard activities

* Day 6

In the morning we will visit -

EDFU TEMPLE, the most complete and best-preserved temple and was dedicated to Horus the falcon.
Return to the boat and sail to Luxor while having lunch
Upon arrival in Luxor visit The EASTERN BANK of the NILE including;

KARNAK TEMPLE COMPLEX - Walk through the hypostyle hall with its 134 magnificent columns and view the Sacred Lake as you wander amongst the various temples built over 2,000 years by numerous pharaohs
-
LUXOR TEMPLE - as we are visiting in the evening it is beautifully lit and worth photographing
Back to the boat for dinner and onboard activities.

In the early morning you will be taken across the Nile for:

An unforgettable HOT AIR BALLOON flight over the West Bank;
Back to the boat for breakfast, then leaving boat for last time and head to The WEST BANK of the Nile:

The COLOSSI of MEMNON - two monumental statues representing the 18th dynasty pharaoh Amenhotep III;

The HOUSE of HOWARD CARTER - the discoverer of Tutankhamun tomb. This was his house during that time

The VALLEY of the KINGS - step into the tombs of pharaohs of the New Kingdom
- Deir el Bahri and the TEMPLE OF QUEEN HATSHEPSUT
Lunch in a local restaurant.
Check in to JOLIE VILLE Luxor hotel where the rest of the day is at your leisure.

After breakfast in the hotel you will be picked up to visit:

MEDINET HABU - the mortuary temple of Pharaoh Ramesses III

DEIR EL MEDINA - The village of the workers who built the tombs in the Valley of the Kings

THE RAMESSEUM - Mortuary temple of Pharaoh Ramesses II (known as Ramesses The Great)
-
THE VALLEY OF THE QUEENS and the Tomb of Nefertari, Great Royal Wife of Ramesses II and one of the most stunning tombs (Note: a visit to this tomb costs extra);
Lunch then back to your hotel

Late afternoon tour around Luxor in a caleche (horse-drawn carriage)
Back to the hotel for the remainder of the evening.

After breakfast in Jolie Ville, pick up and drive to:

Dendera Temple - dedicated to the cow goddess Hathor (60km north of Luxor)

Abydos Temple - Built by Seti I and dedicated to Osiris, the lord of the dead (180km north of Luxor)
Lunch in a local restaurant
Drive back to Luxor and rest of day at your leisure

Check out of hotel and transfer to Luxor Airport, flight to Cairo.

THE ROMAN AMPHITHEATER - the only one of its kind in Egypt. See the beautiful mosaic floors

The ALEXANDRIAN MUSEUM - with over 1800 archaeological pieces across various time periods

- Pick up and departure towards Siwa and the Northern coast where we will visit:

After breakfast - visits in Siwa oasis include:

THE MEDIEVAL ISLAMIC VILLAGE OF SHALI - made of mud bricks with such a high salt content that after torrential rains it 'melted'

THE MOUNTAIN OF THE DEAD - a necropolis in use from the pharaonic period until Roman times
-
THE ORACLE TEMPLE - visited by Alexander the Great to confirm his right to rule Egypt
-
CLEOPATRA BATH (where according to legend, Cleopatra used to swim). This is a natural spring.
Lunch in a local restaurant; then

Head off in a jeep for a desert trip to the Great Sand Sea and watch the sunset before heading back to the hotel.

Pick up from Siwa after breakfast and depart for the trip back to Cairo - approx 9-hour drive

MOSQUE of IBN TALUN - the oldest mosque in the city surviving in its original form

GAYER ANDERSON MUSEUM - named after a British Major & Doctor who restored and furnished the residences into a gallery of antiquities, artwork, furnishings, glassware, carpets etc.

Back to Le Riad hotel for some leisure time

Pick up and departure to Bahariya Oasis.
After a short break in your hotel, Sand Rose*, you will be taken on a desert jeep safari to:

The BLACK DESERT - named for the basalt rocks & black sands from volcanic activity approx 20mill years ago

The WHITE DESERT - amazing natural rock sculptures. Watch the sunset here
* Option: you can choose to stay in the hotel or camp in the desert overnight with a bbq dinner and a starry sky

After enjoying the sunrise in the desert (if camping) or pick up from hotel, depart towards the Fayoum to visit:

WADI EL HITAN (Valley of the Whales) - once an ocean, see the skeletons of prehistoric whales in the sands

FAYOUM'S MAGIC LAKE - see the colors change at different times of the day

WATERFALLS - would you expect to see waterfalls in the desert!

Back to Cairo to your hotel, Hayat Pyramids View

JORDAN RIVER - Baptismal site

The DEAD SEA for 2 hours to swim/relax, the salt content is so high you cannot sink, you can even read a book!.
Back to the hotel with the rest of the day at your leisure

SHOBAK CASTLE - built upon a mountain in 1115 AD under the rule of King Baldwin I
