We tailor tours of Egypt based on what our clients want to see and do, so we don't have set prices on our site. When you first get in contact with us, we will ask you questions such as:

• How many are going to be traveling? No. of Adults, children.

• From where are you traveling?

• When are you thinking of visiting Egypt i.e., the time of year is important as to whether it is going to be busy, quiet, cool, or very hot.

• How long are you thinking of staying in Egypt? Are you going anywhere else after, or back home?

• Do you have a budget in mind? Knowing your budget makes it easier for us to plan your trip.

• Do you have specific parts of Egypt you want to visit or particular sites?

 

We want to get to know you a little bit so we can then make suggestions. For example:

• Do you want to stay in 5-star hotels, or are you happy to 'rough it' a little?

• Are you adventurous, do you want to ride camels, go 4-wheel driving in the desert and climb dunes? 

• Do you like visiting museums? You may not be aware of the many museums throughout Egypt.

• Do you want to do a cruise along the Nile? If you do there are two types of boats you can go on depending on whether you want to be with other groups of people and have nightly activities or something quieter and smaller. 

• Do you have special requirements relating to accessibility?

• Do you have special dietary requirements, e.g. vegetarian, gluten free, shellfish or nut allergies?

So once we get an idea of what you wish to see and do, we will start planning your trip, making suggestions along the way. There will be things that we suggest that you may never have heard of or thought about that will make your trip even more special. Plus if you are wanting to go on to another place i.e. Jordan, we can help you with that too.

Ideally, if you are in Melbourne (Australia) and can meet up with Karen and discuss your trip face to face it makes things quicker, otherwise, phone calls, emails or other media can be used to discuss your trip.

We will book your internal flights, boat trips and accommodation for you as well as your tours.

Payment is not currently available online, but goes into company account. We will discuss best payment options with you.

Your only job will be to book your international flights, then sit back, relax, and look forward to your holiday.
